Frequently Asked Questions
If no suitable make-up class is available, each student is entitled to miss up to 2 lessons per full term (eg 1 Jan to 31 Mar). Lesson fee will not be charged. Refer to “About Us/Terms & Conditions” for more info.
If parents and teacher both are agreeable, online/physical make up class can be arranged to help student catch up with key concepts and important questions. Make-up session will be around an hour or so and are not of the full duration.
Our “Customised Group Tuition” programme aims at customizing tuition classes for a specific school to achieve a more bespoke, targeted learning needs & outcomes. This is the best any parent and student can hope for. However, these classes are usually formed by interested parents and we do need a minimum 3-4 students to start.
Our “Grade Enhancer Programme” is a short-term, adhoc, extra tuition support for students (1-1 or small group) who need some extra help and reinforcement for any reasons such as test & exam preparation, re-teach or advance-learn a difficult topic, etc. Our MOEtrained teachers can support for almost all subjects from Sciences, Math, Languages to Humanities, POA, Economics!
Ecube thanks everyone with a *$100 token of appreciation for any new student successfully referred for a weekly class. This also applies to a sibling who signed up with us. Currently, Ecube also waives the admin fee of $25 for new registration. (* applicable for most months in a calendar year except Sept & Oct for P6, S2, S4, J2)
Trial lesson is free for the weekly classes (Pri & Sec) if a student did not continue after class. Trial lesson is considered as lesson 1 and is chargeable if a student liked and continued the class. Trial lesson is not applicable for short-term holiday classes, “GEP” classes as well as for JC weekly classes.
